Intellectual Property

Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and proposals.
Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment charges may apply as specified in the service agreement.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
